### 769 Service of application > > (1)  The Attorney-General is to be served with the application unless – > > > > > > (a) the application is made by the Attorney-General; or > > > > > > > (b) the case is one that the Act provides that the Attorney-General is not required to be made a party. > > > (2)  Notwithstanding [subrule (1)](#GS769@Gs1@EN) , the Court or a judge may order that the application be served upon the Attorney-General. > > > (3)  The application is to be served on any person whose rights or interests may be affected by any order made on the application.
