[Rule 765 Amended by S.R. 2012, No. 90, Applied:17 Oct 2012] An action instituted in the name of the Attorney-General at the instance of a relator is not to be stayed, discontinued or referred to arbitration under section 37A of the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932 without the consent of the Attorney-General.
