756 Judgment in default
(1) If a claimant fails to file and deliver a defence as required by rule 755(2) , on proof of delivery of the writ and statement of claim and of that failure, judgment may be entered for the Attorney-General.
(2) A judgment is to be in accordance with the prescribed form.
