### 752 Claimant to pay amount of appraised value
> > (1) If any property seized or taken has been ordered to be delivered to the claimant, a judgment given for the Attorney-General is to direct the amount to be paid into Court under any security given under [rule 748(1)(b)](#GS748@Gs1@Hpb@EN) and applied according to law.

> > (2) The Court or a judge, either by the judgment or by a separate order, is to limit a period within which the claimant is to pay into Court the appraised value of the property.
>
> > (3) In default of payment into Court within the period limited, the security may be enforced according to law.
>
> > (4) A judgment is to direct that any money paid into Court under [rule 748(1)(b)](#GS748@Gs1@Hpb@EN) be paid and applied according to law if –
> >
> > > > (a) the judgment is given for the Attorney-General; and
> > >
> > > > (b) the property seized or taken has been ordered to be delivered to the claimant.
