### 726 Application of Part 29 > > (1)  This Part applies to probate actions and the application of the other provisions of these rules to those actions is subject to this Part. > > > (2)  In these rules, > > > > > ***probate action*** means an action, other than an action which is non-contentious or common form probate business, for – > > > > > > > > (a) the grant of probate of the will, or letters of administration of the estate, of a deceased person; or > > > > > > > > > (b) the revocation of such a grant; or > > > > > > > > > (c) a decree pronouncing for or against the validity of an alleged will.
