### 682 Application of Division 2 of Part 27 > > (1)  Subject to any provision of any Act conferring the right of appeal, this Division applies to any appeal or case stated from or by an inferior court which is subject to the provisions of the Act. > > > (2)  [*\[Rule 682 Subrule (2) amended by S.R. 2004, No. 56, Applied:21 Jul 2004\]*](/view/html/inforce/2004-07-21/sr-2004-056#GS24@EN) This Division does not apply to any appeal or case stated to the Court or a judge under the [Justices Act 1959](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1959-077) . > > > (3)  This Division does not apply to an appeal from a judge of an inferior court of civil jurisdiction in a case in which any proceeding or a question or issue of fact has been referred to such a judge or any damages have been assessed or awarded by such a judge under an order of the Court or a judge. > > > (4)  The provisions of [rules 672](#GS672@EN) , [673](#GS673@EN) , [675](#GS675@EN) , [676](#GS676@EN) and [677](#GS677@EN) apply to an appeal from an inferior court to the Court as if any reference to the Full Court were a reference to the Court.
