660 Institution of appeal
An appeal is to be instituted by –
(a) [Rule 660 Amended by S.R. 2005, No. 100, Applied:31 Aug 2005] filing the original notice of appeal in the Principal Registry; and
(b) serving a copy of the notice of appeal on each party directly affected by it.
