### 653 Attachment for contempt > If a writ of habeas corpus or an order for the production of any person is disobeyed by the person to whom it is directed – > > > > (a) the Court may order a writ of attachment to issue or commit the person for contempt; or > > > > > (b) a judge may order the issue of a warrant for the apprehension of the person to be brought before the Court or a judge; or > > > > > (c) the Court or a judge may admit to bail a person apprehended under the warrant or commit the person to prison pending disposition.
