### 611 Notice of judgment or order
> > (1) In an administration proceeding or on an application under [rule 604](#GS604@EN) , the Court or a judge may order that any person who is not a party be given notice of –
> >
> > > > (a) the application; or
> > >
> > > > (b) any judgment or order made on the application.
>
> > (2) Notice of a judgment or order is to be served on a person under disability in the same manner as a writ in an action.
>
> > (3) An affidavit of service on a person ordered to be given notice under [subrule (1)](#GS611@Gs1@EN) is to be filed in the registry.
>
> > (4) On the application of a person served, the Court or judge may discharge, vary or add to the judgment or order.
>
> > (5) Before making an application under [subrule (4)](#GS611@Gs4@EN) , a person served is to appear in the registry in the same manner, and subject to the same provisions, as a respondent who appears.
>
> > (6) An application under [subrule (4)](#GS611@Gs4@EN) is to be made within one month after service.
