> Subject to [rule 555](#GS555@EN) , a trial in an action and in any other proceeding in which there is to be a trial of any question or issue of fact is to be held at the seat of the registry in which the matter is proceeding if sittings of the Court at which the trial would be held are appointed to be held at that place.
