[Rule 518 Substituted by S.R. 2012, No. 90, Applied:17 Oct 2012] Unless otherwise ordered, an order under section 5(1) of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act 2001 referring a matter to mediation or neutral evaluation does not operate as a stay of proceedings.
