> > (1) [*\[Rule 500D Subrule (1) amended by S.R. 2005, No. 71, Applied:29 Jun 2005\]*](/view/html/inforce/2005-06-29/sr-2005-071#GS12@Hpa@EN) The Court or a judge may order the issuing party to pay the amount of any reasonable loss or expense incurred in complying with the subpoena.
