### 489 Deposits > > (1) If required by the examiner, the party who obtained an order under [rule 476](#GS476@EN) for the appointment of an examiner is to deposit with the examiner a reasonable sum in respect of the fees and expenses for the day before the examiner proceeds with the examination or any adjournment of it. > > > (2) Any balance of a deposit remaining after the discharge of the relevant fees and expenses is to be repaid by the examiner.
