### 455 Leaving account at registry > > (1)  On a receiver, or his or her personal representative, leaving accounts in the registry, the plaintiff or other person having the conduct of the proceeding is to obtain an appointment for passing the accounts. > > > (2)  The result of a receiver’s account or of an account of the personal representative of a deceased receiver is to be certified by a judge.
