### 441 Allowance of income of property > If any property is the subject of a proceeding and the property is likely to be more than sufficient to answer all the claims which ought to be provided for in the proceeding, the Court or a judge may allow to a party interested the whole or a part of the annual income of some or all of that property up to any time the Court or a judge directs.
