### 403B Privilege

> > > (a) in the case of an order under [rule 403C](#GS403C@EN) or [403E](#GS403E@EN) , if the applicant had commenced a proceeding against the person; or
> >
> > > (b) [*\[Rule 403B Amended by S.R. 2009, No. 74, Applied:15 Jul 2009\]*](/view/html/inforce/2009-07-15/sr-2009-074#GS8@Hpb@EN) in the case of an order under [rule 403D](#GS403D@EN) or [403F](#GS403F@EN) , if the applicant had made the person a party to a proceeding to which the applicant is a party; or
