### 403 Order of Court during action > > (1)  At any stage of a proceeding in which an admission of fact has been made, a party may apply to the Court or a judge for any judgment or order on the admission that the party may be entitled to without waiting for the determination of any other question between the parties. > > > (2)  On an application, the Court or a judge may make any order or give any judgment as may be appropriate.
