### 373 Stay on non-payment of costs > If a plaintiff in an action dismissed for want of prosecution is ordered to pay any costs of the defendant and the plaintiff commences another action for the same, or substantially the same, cause of action before paying those costs, the Court or a judge, by order, may stay the further action until those costs are paid.
