### 350 Recovery of land and mesne profits
> > (1) If a plaintiff's claim is for the recovery of land against a defaulting defendant, or a defendant who files a notice of appearance stating that the defence is limited to part only of the land, the plaintiff may enter final judgment against the defendant for possession of the land, or of the part of the land to which the defence does not apply, and costs in accordance with [rule 347(2)](#GS347@Gs2@EN) .

> > (2) If the plaintiff is entitled to enter final judgment and has claimed mesne profits, arrears of rent, double value or damages concerning the land which is the subject of the judgment, the plaintiff may also enter judgment with respect to that claim in accordance with [rule 348](#GS348@EN) .
