### 281 Form of offer
> An offer of compromise –
>
> > > (a) is to be in writing; and
> >
> > > (b) is to contain the following:

> > > > > (i) the title of the proceeding to which it relates;
> > > >
> > > > > (ii) the name of the party making the offer;
> > > >
> > > > > (iii) the name of the party to whom the offer is made;
