### 28 Transmission of documents between registries > > (1)  If any proceeding pending in a district registry is to be tried outside the district for that registry, the district registrar is to send all documents filed in the registry to – > > > > > > (a) the district registrar in whose district the trial is to be held; or > > > > > > > (b) the Principal Registrar, if the trial is not to be held within the district of any district registry. > > > (2)  If any proceeding which is not pending in a district registry is to be tried within the district of a district registry, the Principal Registrar is to send all documents filed in the registry to the district registrar in whose district the trial is to be held.
