### 27 Documents required for hearing > > (1)  The registrar is to deliver to the associate of the judge who is to hear a matter all documents filed in the registry and required for use in relation to that matter a reasonable time before the hearing. > > > (2)  Immediately after the conclusion of the hearing, the associate is to return to the registrar any of the documents that are not required by the judge. > > > (3)  The associate is to return the documents that are required by the judge as soon as practicable after the judge has finished with them.
