### 258 Striking out certain matters
> > (1) The Court or a judge may order to be struck out or amended in any endorsement or pleading any matter that –

> > > > (a) may be unnecessary or scandalous; or
> > >
> > > > (b) may tend to prejudice or delay the fair trial of the proceeding.
