### 214 Relief by way of interpleader
> Relief by way of interpleader may be granted if the applicant –
>
> > > (a) is under liability for any real or personal property for, or in respect of which, the applicant is, or expects to be, sued by 2 or more parties making adverse claims to that property; or
> >
> > > (b) is the Sheriff and claim is made to any real or personal property taken or intended to be taken in execution under any process, or to the proceeds or value of that property by any person other than the person against whom the process is issued.
