### 153 Order for payment of expenses of service > If a person files an undertaking under [rule 148(2)(b)(ii)](#GS148@Gs2@Hpb@Hqii@EN) and within 14 days after delivery to that person of an account of expenses incurred because of the request for service does not pay to the Principal Registrar the amount of the expenses, the Court or a judge, on application by the Principal Registrar, may – > > > > (a) order the person to pay the amount of the expenses to the Principal Registrar; and > > > > > (b) stay the proceedings, so far as concerns the whole or any part of any claim for relief by the person, until payment.
