### 126 Applications as to purchase money
> > (1) In the case of an application for an order directing that the purchase money of any property sold be paid into Court, a person who claims to be entitled to that money is to make and file an affidavit in accordance with [subrule (2)](#GS126@Gs2@EN) .

> > (2) An affidavit is to –

> > > > (a) verify the title of the claimant; and

> > > > > > (i) that the claimant is not aware of any right on the part of, or any claim made by, any other person to any part of the money claimed; or
