### 124 Amendment of notice of hearing > If an originating application which is to be served within the State has not been served as required by [rule 123(1)](#GS123@Gs1@EN) , the registrar may make an endorsement on the original and each sealed copy of the application appointing a new time, date and place for the parties to attend for the hearing of the application.
