Tasmania regulation
This instrument updates the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by making specified amendments and recording that the amended text has been incorporated into the authorised version (r.3–4). The amendments only take effect when Chapter 2.2 of the Legal Profession Act 2007 commences (r.2). It therefore affects anyone who uses Supreme Court forms—litigants, lawyers and the court registry—by requiring use of the updated, authorised forms once that external commencement occurs.
