Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by updating court forms; they take effect when Part 2 of the related Supreme Court Amendment (Miscellaneous) Rules (No. 2) 2012 commences and the changes have been incorporated into the authorised version. They affect Supreme Court judges, registry staff, lawyers and litigants who must use the revised forms, imposing modest compliance and administrative changes. The court (Chief Justice, judges and the Registrar) controls timing and implementation (rules 2–4).
