Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by updating the authorised court forms; they take effect when Part 1.2 of Chapter 1 of the Legal Profession Act 2007 commences. The changes govern which forms the Supreme Court uses and so affect people who file or process Supreme Court documents (litigants, lawyers and court staff), while the Department of Justice and the Registrar remain responsible for administration and publication.
