Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by updating the authorised forms and takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (s 2). It identifies the Principal Rules (s 3) and records that the amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version. It affects users of Supreme Court forms — judges, lawyers, litigants and court staff — by changing which forms are authoritative; the Registrar and the Department of Justice administer implementation, and the text contains no new fees or penalties.
