Tasmania regulation
These Rules update the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by replacing court forms and are brought into force on the commencement of the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Amendment Act 2019 (rule 2). They affect litigants, lawyers and court registry staff who must use the revised forms and follow the authorised version now incorporating these amendments (rule 4). The change is procedural: it replaces forms and fixes the timing for their use; compliance mainly requires adopting the new forms.
