Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by updating court forms and are effective on the day their Gazette notice appears (rule 2). They name the Principal Rules being changed (rule 3) and are signed by the court’s judges and registrar. The changes mainly affect people who file or process Supreme Court forms — lawyers, litigants and registry staff — who must use the updated forms; the instrument is procedural rather than creating new substantive powers.
