Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by updating the authorised court forms and recording that the amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version (rule 4). They take effect on the day their making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2) and are signed by puisne judges and countersigned by the Registrar.
The change mechanically affects people who use Supreme Court forms — litigants, legal practitioners and court staff — and the court administration (Department of Justice). The instrument does not, on its face, alter fees, jurisdiction or substantive legal rights.
