Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by updating prescribed court forms and incorporating those changes into the authorised version of the Principal Rules. They take effect when notified in the Gazette (rule 2). They affect litigants, lawyers and court registry staff who must use the updated forms; the instrument contains no substantive changes to legal rights or fees in the text, so the main costs are administrative (adopting new forms) and operational (Registrar implementation) (rules 3–4).
