Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by updating the court's prescribed forms and incorporating those changes into the authorised version of the Principal Rules. They take effect when their making is notified in the Gazette (rules 2 and 4).
They affect litigants, legal practitioners and court staff who must adopt the revised forms; the Department of Justice administers the Rules. No new fees or substantive powers are created; the change is procedural (rule 3).
