Tasmania regulation
This instrument makes a limited administrative amendment to the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 and records that the change has been incorporated into the authorised version of those Rules (rule 4). It takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2), and is made and signed by the court with administration in the Department of Justice. It affects people who use or administer Supreme Court forms (litigants, lawyers, registry staff) by altering the authoritative text they must follow (rule 3).
