Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Supreme Court Forms Rules 2000 by changing the court forms prescribed for use; it takes effect on the day its Gazette notice appears (s2) and is incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules (s4). It affects litigants, legal practitioners and court staff who prepare, file or process court forms because it mechanically changes prescribed documents and thus compliance obligations and administrative practice.
