Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Supreme Court (Fees) Rules 2017 and takes effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette. It updates the authorised version of the 2017 Rules by incorporating the changes into that text.
Anyone who pays or administers fees under the Supreme Court (Fees) Rules — for example litigants, legal practitioners and court registry staff — is affected because the legal rulebook that sets fee rules and administration has been changed and reissued.
