#### 11A Arrest of person (Corporations Act s 486B)—Form 17A 11A.1 Arrest of person (Corporations Act s 486B)—Form 17A > > (1) An application for the issue of a warrant under subsection 486B (1) of the Corporations Act for the arrest of a person must state the grounds for the issue of the warrant. > > > (2) The application must be accompanied by an affidavit stating the facts in support of the application. > > > (3) The warrant must be in accordance with Form 17A. > > > (4) If a person is arrested under the warrant, the person who carried out the arrest must immediately give notice of the arrest to the Registrar. > > > > Note— > > > > Sections 489A to 489E of the Corporations Act, inserted by the [Corporations Amendment (Insolvency) Act 2007](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth, apply in relation to a warrant issued on or after 31 December 2007—see Corporations Act s 1481 (3).
