### 5 Jurisdiction of Supreme Court under this Act to be exercised by it as one Court
> All the jurisdiction of the Court which is by this Act required to be exercised in the manner provided by this Act and the [Rules of Court](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/sr-1976-078#) shall be exercised by the Court as one and the same Court, but for the purposes of procedure and practice merely the [Rules of Court](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/sr-1976-078#) may prescribe variations in the title of the Court in proceedings therein, and the [Rules of Court](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/sr-1976-078#) may provide for such differences in the procedure and practice of the Court in the several parts of such jurisdiction as may be deemed necessary or convenient.
