### 49 Powers of Full Court where only part of judgment appealed from > All or any of the powers mentioned in [sections 47](#GS47@EN) and [48](#GS48@EN) may be exercised notwithstanding that the appeal may be from part only of the judgment, order, or other determination appealed from; and such powers may be exercised in favour of any party to the cause or matter although such party may not have appealed from such judgment, order, or determination.
