### 37C Statement of special case for opinion of Court
> *\[Section 37C Inserted by No. 20 of 1990, s. 9 \]*An arbitrator may, at any stage of the proceedings in relation to any action, cause or matter or any question or issue of fact arising in any action, cause or matter referred to the arbitrator, and shall, if so directed by the Court or a judge, state in the form of a special case for the opinion of the Court or a judge any question of law arising in the course of those proceedings.
