37B Power of Court to compel attendance before arbitrator
*[Section 37B Inserted by No. 20 of 1990, s. 9 ]*The Court or a judge may order that –
(a) a writ of subpoena ad testificandum or of subpoena duces tecum shall issue to compel the attendance before an arbitrator of a witness wherever that witness may be within the jurisdiction; and
(b) a writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum shall issue to bring up a prisoner for examination before an arbitrator.
