### 37B Power of Court to compel attendance before arbitrator
> *\[Section 37B Inserted by No. 20 of 1990, s. 9 \]*The Court or a judge may order that –
>
> > > (a) a writ of *subpoena ad testificandum* or of *subpoena duces tecum* shall issue to compel the attendance before an arbitrator of a witness wherever that witness may be within the jurisdiction; and
> >
> > > (b) a writ of *habeas corpus ad testificandum* shall issue to bring up a prisoner for examination before an arbitrator.
