### 204 Rules of Court to be laid before Parliament > Every Rule of Court made in pursuance of this Act which is required to be recommended or approved by the Rule Committee or a majority of such Committee shall be laid before both Houses of Parliament within 40 days next after it is made if Parliament is then sitting, or, if Parliament is not then sitting, then within 40 days after the next meeting of Parliament; and if an address is presented to the Governor by either House of Parliament within the next subsequent 40 sitting days of the House, praying that any such rule may be annulled, the Governor may thereupon annul it, and the rule so annulled shall thenceforth become void and of no effect, but without prejudice to the validity of any proceedings which have in the meantime been taken under it.
