### 200 Rules of Court may be made in substitution for statutory rules of procedure

V No. 60, s. 2 \]*Where any provision prescribing, regulating, or otherwise relating to the procedure or practice of the Court, in the exercise of any part of the jurisdiction (original or appellate) of the Court which is subject to this Act, is contained in any Act (other than this Act), Rules of Court may be made under this Act in substitution for such provision, or altering or modifying the same, to any extent that may be deemed necessary or convenient.
