### 180 Power of Governor to extend any of the provisions of this Act to any inferior court of civil jurisdiction > It shall be lawful for the Governor, by order-in-council, to extend any of the provisions of this Act, or of the [Rules of Court](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/sr-1976-078#) under this Act, to any inferior court of civil jurisdiction.
