### 178 Power of Governor to confer jurisdiction in equity on any inferior court of civil jurisdiction > It shall be lawful for the Governor, by order-in-council, to confer on any inferior court of civil jurisdiction any part of the jurisdiction in equity which is now vested in the Supreme Court.
