Tasmania regulation
These Rules amend the Supreme Court Rules 2000 on matters linked to wills and take effect when their making is notified in the Gazette (rule 2). They do not print the substantive changes here; instead the amendments are incorporated into the authorised consolidated version of the Principal Rules (rules 3, 4–7). Lawyers, court staff and parties who use the Supreme Court’s wills procedures must consult the authorised Rules to know the operative procedural requirements.
