Tasmania regulation
These Rules make a technical amendment to the Supreme Court Rules 2000 and set that amendment to start when the Intestacy Act 2010 commences. The change has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Rules. The instrument therefore affects anyone who uses the Supreme Court Rules (judges, lawyers and parties) by updating court procedure tied to the start date of the Intestacy Act, and is administered by the Department of Justice.
